I’m not one to take sugar or any types of sweeteners with my coffee but this dreamy coconut coffee is an exception. I learnt this recipe when I attended a Vietnamese coffee-making class in Ho Chi Minh and it has become such a favourite of mine – try a sip and it’ll be yours too!
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Black Coffee
- 50ml fresh milk
- 25ml coconut cream (I use the brand “Kara”)
- 20ml condensed milk (can decrease based on sweetness preference)
- 1 glass of ice
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Prepare 30ml black coffee (1 shot) and set aside.
- Fill in your glass with ice and pour in condensed milk.
- Combine fresh milk and coconut cream and hand whisk until thick and frothy (you can also use a milk frother). Pour into the glass.
- Pour in your black coffee.
- Stir until well combined and serve immediately.
